Order Processing

Orders placed on www.myofasciarelease.co.uk are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).   We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days from the day the order was placed.   You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Great Britain pounds sterling (GBP£) unless otherwise specified.   We reserve the right to change prices for our products or services at any time without prior notice.   However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Payment

Payment for orders can be made using the following methods:  Credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.  Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is dispatched.

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not available at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes to the order.  However, you are welcome to contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if a change or cancellation can be made.  Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to fees or restrictions.

Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers.  Some products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Errors

In the event of an error in an order or a product's price, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order accordingly (which includes charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options for our customers' convenience, including Royal Mail tracked and DPD.  Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the delivery method selected and the destination of the order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method, weight, and dimensions of the order, as well as the delivery destination.  Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected and the destination.  Estimated delivery times are as follows: DPD 2 Business days from Dispatch, Royal Mail 2 Business Days from Dispatch.   Delivery times are for UK mainland only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to track your order directly with the carrier.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary.  Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.    We may contact you to advise that our website delivery charges calculated for your order which relate to mainland UK only are not applicable to your delivery address and give you options for a full refund of the order, or provide a supplement to be paid to cover your choice of international delivery service chosen.

Delivery Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to delivery restrictions due to their size, weight, or because they contain hazardous materials.  We will notify following your order, if your order cannot be shipped due to these restrictions and refund, in full, the order placed.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice and/or attempt to contact you to arrange for a re-delivery or pickup from a local depot.  It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pickup.  If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or is unclaimed, we may charge you for additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of products that are in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accompanying materials, including receipts or proof of purchase, within 14 days of delivery.  Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at support@myofasciarelease.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include your RA number, original receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief note explaining the reason for return with your returned product.

Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).  In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs by sending you a prepaid postage label to attach to your parcel.   We will not refund any postage charges that you incur by not waiting or arranging a pre-paid label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@myofasciarelease.co.uk and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or original payment method account.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@myofasciarelease.co.uk
