This Body Working ball for Myofascial release complies with ‘Sports Use’ guidance and has a maximum load (subject to not exceeding maximum inflation guidelines) of 300kg. This 400g Body Working Ball is 19cm in diameter at maximum inflation.
The ball will arrive pre-inflated and ready for use but having a needle-style inflation pump is advised to re-inflate when adjusting resistance to suit your preference (sold separately.) Included is an inflation template with instructions and correctly sized apertures to gauge inflation to the correct maximum diameter.
